The First Tee of Fort Worth is about so much more than golf – it’s about strengthening our community. And you can help, whether you play golf or not. You only need to enjoy working with young people, and have a willingness and ability to serve as a positive role model of mature, responsible behavior to our participants.
The First Tee of Fort Worth needs volunteers throughout the year to help with our fundraising events, including our annual Golf Marathon, the Colonial Pro-Am, various opportunities during the Fort Worth Invitational, and many more. We also are in constant need of talented people to coach Life Skills Programming and tutor students at the Ben Hogan Learning Center.
The volunteer application process has three elements that must be completed in this order.
Complete the Volunteer Application at the bottom of this page.
Complete and submit a background check application. You will be provided a link in your application confirmation email. Please only complete one background check per year.
Attend a Volunteer Orientation or a Volunteer Social event.

Look under the CALENDAR section of our website to find upcoming dates for Volunteer Orientations or Volunteer Social events.
